We opened our first UHR store in 1986 with a simple goal in mind - to help people turn their house into a home. Now, almost 35+ years later, we have grown to 9 stores and serve thousands of customers, while having served tens of thousands of past customers, throughout Southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky, and basically anywhere in the Cincinnati Tri-State region. Rent to Own is Convenient

Lease agreements are designed to help you make payments when it is most convenient for you. Depending on your personal financial flexibility, you can choose to make payments on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. At the end of the week or month, you can either terminate the agreement without any cost or obligation, or renew the agreement by making your next payment.

If you continue to make payments for the length of the agreement and you meet the terms, the product is yours.

When you first sit down with a UHR representative, they will go over the lease-purchase agreement with you so that you understand the terms and know exactly how much you will be spending over the course of the agreement.

Anytime Buy-Out Makes Ownership Easy

Every customer has the option to buy out each lease-purchase agreement early in order to take advantage of the cash-saving benefits. The UHR Anytime Buy-Out option is available at any time during the term of the lease-purchase agreement

The Anytime Buy Out program is an opportunity for savings of up to 50% (not including sales tax).

Terms of the Anytime Buy Out program:

• If the Anytime Buy Out Option is exercised in the first 90 days, 100% of the total lease dollars paid will be subtracted from the cash price of the item.
• If the Anytime Buy Out Option is exercised after the first 90 days, 50% of the total lease dollars paid will be subtracted from the cash price of the item.
